West Palm Beach’s New Restaurant Row: the Nora District, Flagler Drive and Clematis Street

This guide covers what is open, what is coming and how to park, as of October 31, 2026.

The Nora District
The Nora District is a mixed-use neighborhood just north of downtown, between Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard and Quadrille Boulevard, whose first phase converted 13 former industrial and railway buildings on North Railroad Avenue, CBS12 reported. Its developers, NDT Development and Place Projects with Wheelock Street Capital, acquired more than 75 properties covering more than 13 acres, according to Wheelock Street Capital, and the first phase opened in late 2025, Commercial Observer reported.
The Nora Hotel and Pastis
The Nora Hotel, 1135 N Railroad Ave, opened on October 19, 2026 with 201 rooms including 14 suites, according to Leading Hotels of the World, of which it is a member. It is from hotelier Sean MacPherson and BD Hotels, the team behind New York’s Bowery Hotel, with design by GACHOT, a Sisley spa and a rooftop pool; rooms started at $395 a night for October, Time Out reported. Its restaurant, Pastis, STARR Restaurants’ Parisian-style brasserie, serves breakfast daily, brunch on weekends and dinner until 11 p.m. Thursday to Saturday, and books through Resy, according to the restaurant. Jack’s Bar is the hotel’s lobby bar.
Del Mar
Del Mar, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ Mediterranean restaurant, opened on April 7, 2026, its fourth location and first in Palm Beach County, according to the company. It serves dinner nightly and brunch on weekends.
Parking at Nora
The district has its own lots where the first hour is free, free street parking on 7th through 10th Streets west of Dixie Highway, and $5 valet on North Railroad Avenue, according to the district. Check its parking page for current rates.
Flagler Drive and Downtown
- Estiatorio Milos, at One Flagler, 170 Lakeview Ave: the Greek seafood restaurant opened in February 2025, Resident reported; it has 294 seats and is its second Florida location after South Beach, Broward Palm Beach New Times reported. Diners choose a whole fish from its fish market, Palm Beach Illustrated reported.
- Kyma, 151 N Olive Ave, a block from Flagler Drive: a Greek restaurant of about 14,000 square feet on two levels, including a rooftop with Intracoastal views, the Boca Raton Observer reported in December 2025.
- Pistache French Bistro, 101 N Clematis St, at the Flagler Drive end of Clematis: lunch on weekdays, brunch on weekends and dinner nightly, according to the restaurant.
- CityPlace, which went back to that name from The Square on May 1, 2024, WFLX reported: Eataly opened its 23,000-square-foot West Palm Beach market there on December 5, 2025, according to the developer, Related Ross, and WFLX.
Clematis Street
Discover The Palm Beaches calls Clematis “the heart of downtown West Palm Beach,” with restaurants, nightlife, live music and DJs near the Intracoastal. On Thursdays, Clematis by Night puts on free concerts from 6 to 9 p.m. on the waterfront Great Lawn, according to the City of West Palm Beach, which says the series has run for more than 30 years. Clematis is livelier and more casual than the Nora District; for a special dinner, look to Pistache at the waterfront end or the restaurants above.
