Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival 2026: The Complete Guide (Dec. 10–13)
The 2026 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival runs Thursday, December 10, through Sunday, December 13, 2026, with 24 events across Palm Beach County, from chef dinners at the Four Seasons and Buccan to the 19th Annual Grand Tasting at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Sunday afternoon. Tickets run from $50 to $350. The Grand Tasting’s early-bird price of $179 rises to $229 after November 13, the festival says. Below is every event, what is already waitlist-only, and how to plan the weekend, as of November 5, 2026.
Events, prices and chefs come from the festival’s own website, checked November 5, 2026. The festival says all events, prices, personalities, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Companies are named as subjects of this article, not as partners.
The Festival in Brief
- Dates: December 10–13, 2026, according to the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival and WFLX’s August 18, 2026 report on the lineup.
- Size: 24 events on the official schedule. WFLX reported events “across eight cities throughout Palm Beach County,” including Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Lake Park and Lake Worth Beach.
- Edition: 2026 is the 19th edition, Miami Living reported, and the finale is billed as the “19th Annual Grand Tasting.” Wine Spectator, the festival’s Grand Sponsor, reported that chef Lindsay Autry co-founded the festival in 2007.
- Charity: the festival says a portion of the proceeds goes to the Els for Autism Foundation in Jupiter. In Wine Spectator’s December 2025 recap of the 2025 festival, the foundation’s executive director said the event had already raised $125,000 for the foundation.
- Headline chefs: the festival’s special guests include Daniel Boulud, Mauro Colagreco, Maneet Chauhan, Robert Irvine, Stephanie Izard, Michelle Bernstein, Mike Lata, Karen Akunowicz and Tristen Epps-Long.

Thursday: The Opening Dinners
The festival opens with four 7 pm events. At Florie’s, the restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Mauro Colagreco hosts a five-course dinner with wine pairings from Taub Family Vineyards ($275). Four Seasons says Florie’s opened in November 2018 as Colagreco’s first U.S. restaurant, and that his restaurant Mirazur in Menton, France, earned three MICHELIN stars and was named No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2019.
On the island, The First Bite at Buccan ($350, the festival’s most expensive ticket) is a five-course family-style dinner hosted by chef Clay Conley with James London, Dean Neff and Jonathon Sawyer, with Terlato Wines. It showed only a waitlist on November 5. In Palm Beach Gardens, SPICE at Stage Kitchen & Bar pairs four courses from Pushkar Marathe, Nina Compton, Tristen Epps-Long and Diego Oka with Bouchaine Vineyards ($275). In Lake Worth Beach, Oceano hosts a walk-around tasting with Jose Garces, Mason Hereford, Mike Lata and Michael Schwartz ($225).
Friday: Lunches, The Breakers and the Kick-off Party
Friday starts with two four-course lunches with wine at noon. At Café Chardonnay in Palm Beach Gardens, Frank Eucalitto hosts Ben Ford and Karen Akunowicz, with wines by Greg Brewer ($200). At Meat Market in Palm Beach, Sean Brasel hosts Crista Luedtke and Alex Seidel, with wines by Chris Carpenter ($225, waitlist only on November 5).
At 3 pm, HMF Social is a walk-around tasting with food stations, wine and cocktails at HMF in The Breakers ($200, waitlist only). In the evening, choose between the Festival Kick-off Party at The Belgrove Resort & Spa, a poolside tasting with Robert Mondavi Winery and chefs including Ashley Christensen, Ken Oringer and the Forgione family ($175); An Evening with David Burke & Friends at SeaHawk Prime on the Intracoastal in Lake Park, with Stephanie Izard, Michelle Bernstein, Tiffani Faison and others ($225); or a five-course dinner at Aioli (waitlist only). The night ends with the invitation-only Chef After Party at Pink Steak, presented by OpenTable.
Saturday: Brunches, Cooking Classes and Two Evening Parties
- Cooking with Mauro (11 am, $200): an interactive class at Florie’s where guests eat what they cook, with wine.
- Brunch at Coolinary (11 am, $225): four courses from host Tim Lipman with Stephanie Izard and Damaris Phillips, paired with Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte.
- Master Taste (11 am, $200): a tasting of six wines with Master Sommelier Virginia Philip and winemaker Chris Carpenter.
- Arthur & Sons’ Disco Brunch (noon, $200): four courses at Arthur & Sons in Jupiter, hosted by Joe Isidori with Franklin Becker, Giorgio Rapicavoli and Michael Schwartz.
- Brennan’s Pop-up at Pistache (11 am–3 pm Saturday and Sunday, $80): a four-course brunch hosted by Ralph Brennan of Brennan’s, with a welcome glass of Robert Mondavi wine, booked through OpenTable. It is the least expensive adult ticket on the schedule.
- Par-Tee at The Park (noon, $175): a walk-around tasting in West Palm Beach with six visiting chefs.
- Kids Kitchen (9 am and 10:30 am, $50 for a child and one parent): a hands-on class at the Four Seasons for suggested ages 8 to 14, led by Lindsay Autry and Karen Akunowicz. It is the only event open to under-21s.
Saturday night has three options: Bubbles & Bites, an outdoor tasting at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens with chefs including Ashley Christensen and Tiffani Faison ($225); A Night at The Ben, on the hotel’s waterfront lawn in West Palm Beach, with Jose Garces, Ken Oringer and others ($225); and Maneet’s Bollywood Experience at Ela Curry & Cocktails in Palm Beach Gardens ($125).
Sunday: Daniel & Friends and the Grand Tasting
Daniel Boulud hosts Daniel & Friends at 11 am in the garden courtyard of Café Boulud at The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach, a walk-around tasting with guests including the Forgione family, Mauro Colagreco and Robert Irvine. The event page lists $275; one block of the festival schedule shows $229, so confirm the price at checkout.
The festival closes with the 19th Annual Grand Tasting, presented by Discover The Palm Beaches, from 2 to 6 pm at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach. The festival lists “more than 100 wines rated 90+ by Wine Spectator,” food from more than 50 South Florida chefs and restaurants, cocktails and spirits, and the Grand Chef Throwdown, where four local chefs compete for a $10,000 prize for a local charity, judged by Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison and Robert Irvine. Tickets are $179 until November 13, then $229. Garage parking is not included; the festival recommends self-parking or rideshare.
Where to Stay
The festival names the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach as its Official Host Hotel; its Festival Hospitality Suite is on the resort’s second floor during the festival. Its other hotel partners are The Breakers, The Ben (Autograph Collection), The Belgrove Resort & Spa and PGA National Resort, and each also hosts a festival event. No festival room rates or packages were published when we checked. The Four Seasons and The Breakers are in Palm Beach, where several Thursday-to-Sunday events take place; The Ben is on the West Palm Beach waterfront. Rules Worth Knowing Before You Buy
- Age: “The Festival is 21+ only,” with valid ID, except Kids Kitchen. Infants and children in carriers are not permitted.
- Refunds: the festival says “No refunds or exchanges,” and tickets are not tax deductible.
- Dress: every adult event page says “Smart Casual Attire.”
- Parking: it varies by event. Several, including the Four Seasons, The Breakers and The Belgrove events, are valet only; others are self-parking. The festival does not say whether valet is included.
- Buying: tickets are sold through each event’s page on the festival site, some through OpenTable. Several event pages carry leftover links and session listings from other events, so check the event name and date at checkout. The festival lists its box office as 800-210-0689 and info@pbfoodwinefest.com.
Questions to Ask Before You Book
- Is the event I want still on sale, or should I join the waitlist now?

- Is valet included, and how early should I arrive for a valet-only venue?
- Can the festival or the host hotel arrange transport between Palm Beach and the mainland events?
- Will the chefs listed definitely attend, given that the festival says talent may change?
- For the Grand Tasting, is there a VIP or early-entry option this year?
- Does my hotel offer anything for festival guests, even if no package is published?

The Bottom Line
The 2026 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival runs December 10–13. As of November 5, the dinners at Buccan and Aioli, the lunch at Meat Market and HMF Social at The Breakers showed only waitlists, as did the second Kids Kitchen session, while most other events, including Daniel & Friends and the Grand Tasting, were still on sale. If the Grand Tasting is your main event, buy before November 13, when the festival says the price rises from $179 to $229. Tickets are non-refundable, so confirm dates, price and parking before you check out.
