Boca Raton’s Best Restaurants: The Resort, Downtown and the New Openings

Boca Raton’s top table is Flybridge, the Forbes Five-Star tasting-menu restaurant at The Boca Raton, whose page says it keeps a limited number of seats for the public each evening, while downtown along Palmetto Park Road, Royal Palm Place and Mizner Park you will find long-running Italian and French dining rooms, steakhouses, omakase counters and a wave of 2026 openings. This guide covers where to book, what is new, what has closed and what to know before you go, as of October 31, 2026.

Facts come from each restaurant’s own website, OpenTable and established local press, as dated below. Hours, menus and access change; confirm with the restaurant before you go.

Dining at The Boca Raton

The Boca Raton lists 18 restaurants and bars, but its reservations page is clear: “Restaurants are exclusive to resort guests and Club members.” Four are collaborations with Major Food Group, the team known for Carbone: The Flamingo Grill, a mid-century American grill; Principessa Ristorante, for handmade pasta; Japanese Bocce Club; and Sadelle’s, for New York-style breakfast and lunch. Marisol serves Mediterranean seafood at the Beach Club, and Onda, on the sand, reopens for the season in mid-November, according to the resort.

Flybridge: the one with public seats

Flybridge, on the rooftop of the resort’s Yacht Club, serves a seasonal five-course tasting menu, with a three-course option, under executive chef Peter Annewanter. The resort lists it with a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating for 2026. Its own page says it is open to guests and Club members aged 16 and over, with “a limited number of seats available to the public each evening,” though the resort’s reservations page describes it as exclusive to Yacht Club guests and Club members, so ask when you call. It opens Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., reservations are required, and the dress code is “Resort Elegant”: jackets preferred for men, and no shorts, hats or flip-flops. The resort does not publish the price.

No Boca Raton restaurant holds a MICHELIN star or Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Florida guide, based on WPTV’s August 2026 list of Palm Beach County honorees; the closest stars are Emelina in West Palm Beach and Chef’s Counter at MAASS in Fort Lauderdale. Check the MICHELIN Guide for updates.

Questions to Ask Before You Book

  1. Is the restaurant open to the public, or only to hotel guests or members?
  2. Which booking platform does it use, and how far ahead do tables open in season?
  3. Is there a dress code?
  4. Is valet available, and is it complimentary?
  5. Is there a private room, and what is the minimum spend?
  6. Is a tasting menu required, and what does it cost with wine?
  7. Does the bill include an automatic service charge? Florida requires restaurants to disclose one on the menu and the bill.
  8. Is the restaurant closed for a private event on your date?

The Bottom Line

For a special night, ask early about Flybridge’s limited public seats, or choose a long-running downtown room such as Casa D’Angelo. If you are staying at The Boca Raton or are a Club member, the Major Food Group restaurants are on site. Check what has opened and closed before you go, because Boca’s dining scene is changing quickly.
