I'm buyingI'm sellingHow Inspections Work in South Palm Beach
Florida’s statewide milestone inspection law applies to condominium buildings three or more stories tall: the first inspection is due by December 31 of the year a building reaches 30 years from its certificate of occupancy, then every 10 years. We could not confirm a separate town ordinance, so check the current schedule with the Town of South Palm Beach building department. Three of the four buildings below are past the 30-year mark, so ask each association for its milestone inspection report and structural integrity reserve study.
