29 Oct Sunny Isles Beach Luxury Condos From $1 Million (2026)
Sunny Isles Beach Luxury Condos From $1 Million (2026)
As of October 2026, at least 39 condominium buildings on the Miami-Dade County tax roll in the City of Sunny Isles Beach had residences listed at $1 million or more. They range from Oceania I, built in 1990, to Aurora, built in 2023. Year built and residence counts come from Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser records; asking prices come from active, pending and under-contract MLS listings. Counts leave out beach cabanas, shops and other units the county records as separate parcels. Some of these buildings also contain hotel units, shops or marina slips; those parcels are left out of the residence counts. Two buildings under construction, Bentley Residences and The St. Regis Residences, are listed separately below with their reported details and sources. Regalia and The Estates at Acqualina have their own pages, listed below.

I'm buyingI'm sellingHow Inspections Work in Sunny Isles Beach
Sunny Isles Beach is in Miami-Dade County, where the county’s building recertification program applies (checked October 29, 2026). Condominium and cooperative buildings three stories or taller within three miles of the coastline need a recertification inspection at 25 years if built in 1998 or later. Those built from 1983 to 1997 were due by December 31, 2024, and buildings built in 1982 or earlier that have already had an initial recertification keep their established schedule. Inspections then repeat every 10 years, and reports are due within 90 days of the county’s notice. Florida’s statewide milestone inspection law (section 553.899, Florida Statutes) also applies. Each building page shows how the rules count for that building; confirm the schedule with the City of Sunny Isles Beach or the association.
