Fort Lauderdale Condos: Every Building From $1 Million (2026)

Fort Lauderdale has 45 condominium buildings on the county tax roll where residences were listed at $1 million or more as of October 2026. They run from Illini, built in 1962, to Selene, completed in 2025, and from Galt Ocean Mile in the north to the Las Olas Isles and Pier Sixty-Six in the south. Year built and residence counts come from Broward County Property Appraiser records; asking prices come from active, pending and under-contract MLS listings. Where towers are separate condominiums sharing a name, they share one page. Another 13 new or planned buildings and one new townhome community are listed under New Construction, with construction details from news reports and developer announcements.

How Inspections Work in Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale is in Broward County, where the Board of Rules and Appeals’ Building Safety Inspection Program (BORA Policy 05-05) applies countywide. Buildings need structural and electrical safety inspections at 25 years from the certificate of occupancy and every 10 years after that, and the program counts as compliance with Florida’s milestone inspection. Ask each association for its latest inspection report and structural integrity reserve study (SIRS), and confirm deadlines with the City of Fort Lauderdale. Our Broward vs. Palm Beach County inspection rules guide explains the differences between counties.
